Deleting the AddOne app does not delete your AddOne account.

How to start deletion

If you can sign in, open AddOne and go to Profile > Support > Delete account. That starts the request from inside the app and records it in the AddOne backend.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@justadd.one from the address tied to your AddOne account and include any device or username details that help us find the account.

What happens next

For launch, AddOne does not instantly erase accounts the moment you submit the request. The app records a real backend request. Normal completion is automatic after 7 days, unless support reviews an anomaly or cancels the request after you contact support.

When deletion is completed, AddOne removes or de-identifies the account data it no longer needs to keep. Some records may still be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or other legal obligations.
