The Story
AddOne started as a way to keep one habit visible in my room instead of buried in an app.
It was a weekend project at first. I made a few for friends at Christmas. Something I didn’t expect happened. They kept using them. We started a group chat, sharing photos of our grids, and watched each other stick with habits we’d been trying to build for years. Some still are.
I’m still making them one at a time, printed and assembled at home. The thought that this might help someone else is what keeps me going. If you get one, I hope it does what it’s done for us.

P.S. A few years ago, building something like this would have taken a team. Tools have changed. A few sleepless nights later, I had a working prototype. It still feels incredible to me that one person can do this now.

This small thing is becoming something bigger. Right now AddOne is handmade. A small batch, one at a time, for friends and for anyone who finds this page and wants one. The first units have been doing what I hoped they would, and that’s why we are planning a Kickstarter later this year to make many more. Kickstarter lets projects like this get funded by their future users ahead of time. Get on the list if you want to hear when it goes live.
AddOne is using a clean temporary WordPress baseline while the next design pass is prepared.
