AddOne support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis for launch. We do not promise a guaranteed response time, service level agreement, or emergency, health, or safety response channel.

What to include

For faster help, include your username, device name, the exact screen you saw, and what you expected to happen.

Account deletion

If you can still sign in, start deletion from inside the app first: Profile > Support > Delete account. That records the request in AddOne before support follows up.

If you cannot sign in, email us from the address tied to your AddOne account and say that you need account deletion help.
